If you have already set the date for your wedding, and need to drop a few kilos, it is best to put an action plan into place early. We recommend that you allow at least three to six months for your bridal weight loss plan to work, obviously that depends on how much weight you want to lose.


Choose a healthy balanced eating plan


You need to choose a healthy, balanced eating plan that will see you eating smaller and regular portions. To accompany that, you will also need to start exercising at least three or four times a week.

Fruit juice throughout the day is a better alternative to fizzy drinks!


Ask your brides-maid to carry, a bottle of water for you to have a few sips on your way to the chapel and for during your photo shoot so that you do not dehydrate and can fully enjoy that celebratory glass of champagne.
